Many of our members use Cox as their email client. Images/grahpics should be enabled. 

Settings for Cox Email to display images when using the Webmail 

• At the top right of the Webmail Inbox, click on the Gear
• This will display a drop down menu, select SETTINGS
• On the left side, select INBOX
• There are 3 options available - format email as HTML, format email as plain text, format email as HTML and plain text. 
• Select the option FORMAT EMAIL AS HTML AND PLAIN TEXT
• Close the dialog box and the settings will be saved
