Membership Chair – Maintains the database of Chapter members in the Administrative section of the VIPMOAA website.  Maintains an Excel spreadsheet identifying all categories of our members to cross check with the online database.  Works with national MOAA to identify potential new members and ensures MOAA has accurate Chapter membership data. Reports the membership information monthly to the Board and for publishing in the Newsletter.  Welcomes new members and maintains a record of those members who have died.  Obtains name tags for new members and spouses. Develops and recommends membership dues levels.  Coordinates the annual membership renewal process.  Coordinates the outreach Partnership Program to encourage attendance and membership renewal.
